Functional king room, large beds.

Dust in the room.

Good modern and well lit hotel with a bar in the reception. Greatly enjoyed continental breakfast at 9.20am.

Neat and functional rooms, we didn't feel like leaving.

Booked a room with absolutely fabulous views of the cruise ships and on the edge of town. The location was particularly good and perfect: shopping malls and a large shopping mall were within walking distance. Appreciated the 

The restaurant here was pleasant with great food, we both ordered freshly cooked dishes.

I came here with my son. Got the same king room with comfortable beds booked online, greatly enjoyed that. The hotel's location was very central, to the mayflower theatre.

Luxury accommodation with very pleasant and exceptional staff members from the maids greeting you in the corridors in the morning to the reception staff going above-and-beyond. Neat room with a couch and soundproof windows, and 

Hot breakfast with a huge variety of options, perfect and clean place. The staff was absolutely courteous and the restaurant served outstanding meals.

Nice stay, I would definitely come back there.

The rooms are modern and functional here with separate toilet, the bathroom, 1 fan. The breakfast is delicious and enjoyable, with single rate and superb coffee and a pancake machine.

Really enjoyed how well lit the property was and its wonderfully friendly staff from managers to cleaners. The place was good value. The location was fab and excellent, close enough to car ferry

Ideal hotel with very attentive staff on the reception desk and very good Wi-Fi. Family-friendly room and a mini bar, soundproof windows, and a hair dryer inside. Great facilities in general, perfect and excellent location near to mainline station.

The location was favourable and absolutely perfect, close to The Quays Swimming Pool. The restaurant was nice for dinner, I tried freshly cooked dishes. Superb service offered in this hotel.

Well lit hotel, exactly what we were looking for.

Good value, nothing too much trouble, enjoyed it. Everything was great, so were fabulous views of the cruise ships and on the edge of town. The setting was unbeatable here and the staff were exceptionally pleasant
